1. About BizSpot AI

BizSpot AI is an AI-powered mobile application that helps users discover potential business opportunities for specific locations. It analyzes nearby businesses, demand signals, competition, and area activity to generate AI-driven insights and recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using BizSpot AI, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You may sign in using Google, Apple, or use Guest Mode.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive search inputs
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or copy the App
• Bypass usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt our servers, infrastructure, or other users
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the App
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written consent
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our team

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations.

5. Anti-Abuse and Usage Limits

To keep the service fast, fair, and affordable, we may apply:

• Rate limits on searches and AI generations
• Daily, weekly, or monthly usage caps
• Restrictions in Guest Mode
• Anti-abuse measures (e.g., automated detection of suspicious activity)

These limits may change as we evolve the product. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes in advance.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

BizSpot AI uses artificial intelligence to generate insights. AI output is informational only — not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

• We make no guarantee of business success, accuracy, completeness, or profitability.
• AI output may contain errors, biases, or outdated information.

7. No Guarantees of Financial Outcomes

BizSpot AI does not guarantee:

• That recommended business opportunities will be successful
• Revenue, profit, or any financial outcome
• Market demand, competitive conditions, or future trends
• The accuracy of place data, demand estimates, or competition analysis

Any business venture involves risk. You assume full responsibility for your decisions.

8. Saved Data

When you save an analysis, we store it in your account so you can revisit it later. You can delete saved analyses at any time. If you delete your account, your saved data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Subscriptions and Future Paid Features

BizSpot AI is currently offered as a free or limited service. In the future, we may introduce:

• Subscriptions
• In-app purchases
• Premium features or tiers
• Usage-based pricing

If we introduce paid features, we'll clearly disclose pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies before any charge. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, branding, and software are owned by BizSpot AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
• AI outputs you generate may be used by you for personal or business research purposes.
• You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

BizSpot AI uses third-party services, including Firebase, Google Places API, and the OpenAI API. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, content, or actions.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BizSpot AI, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• Required by law or a legal authority
• It is necessary to protect users, our service, or third parties

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion via bizspot.ai@gmail.com.

13. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BizSpot AI and its officers, employees, partners, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
• Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizSpot AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BizSpot AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute related to these Terms.
