How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Google or Apple from the app. If you prefer not to create an account, Guest mode lets you explore core features without signing in.
Why is a location analysis slow or empty?
Results depend on network connectivity, map and business data availability for the area, and AI service availability. Try again after a short wait, check your connection, or pick a nearby address with clearer map coverage.
How is my data handled?
We describe collection, use, and your choices in our Privacy Policy. For rules of use, see the Terms of Service.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Send a short description (what you expected, what happened, and your device type if relevant) to bizspot.ai@gmail.com. Screenshots help when reporting UI issues.
Account deletion or data requests
You can delete your account from the app — see our Delete Account page for steps and what data is removed. For other data requests, email bizspot.ai@gmail.com with the subject line “Data request” and the email address associated with your account, if applicable. We will respond as described in our Privacy Policy.
